Jobs + Internships

Come work to make San Francisco a greener and more equitable place for all its residents! Livable City and Sunday Streets are on the lookout for talented individuals to intern or work as part-time event ambassadors. Sunday Streets is a program of leading policy nonprofit Livable City, a champion for complete streets, a citywide greenway network, parking reform, improved transit, increasing affordable housing, keeping arts and artists in San Francisco, and neighborhood commercial districts that are vital, diverse, and walkable.

Livable City turns policy into action with an annual season of Sunday Street events reclaiming car-congested streets for community health, transforming them into car-free spaces for all to enjoy. The program helps create temporary open space and free, accessible recreational opportunities in neighborhoods most lacking, encourages physical activity, fosters community building, promotes shopping local, and inspires people to think differently about streets as public spaces.
